How it works

Travelling with True Brazil Travel is straightforward and fun. We design your trip in five easy steps:

Click on the Design your trip now button. Tell us how much time you have, then which destinations and activities interest you. You can even stipulate a budget.

Using your preferences, we design an exclusive vacation itinerary for you.

Together via email, chat, or phone calls, we review your itinerary to make final adjustments until you are completely satisfied.

Once approved, we take your credit card payment, book your reservations and handle every aspect of your trip to provide you with a seamless travel experience.

After we pick you up at the airport, you begin the adventure we planned together in Brazil!
Important note

We recommend designing your trip at least four weeks before your expected arrival date. This enables us to plan and make reservations tailored to your interests.

Additionally, in order for you to use corporate benefits or travel miles, we do not book international flights to and from Brazil. However, if you would likeus to make international flight reservations for you, we are happy to. Please mention this in the Design Your Trip now section.
